All students at Fulda University of Applied Sciences have an email account on the IT Support's Central University Administration email servers. Even without using an email client, you have access to webmail at all times:

Here you will find detailed information and instructions about your university email account and receiving emails as well as answers to the most frequently asked questions when configuring IT Support services.
⚠️IMPORTANT
- Make sure you change your password in good time!
The password awarded by the university can only be used five times. - Check your emails regularly to make sure you don't miss anything! All announcements and information from the department and IT Support will be sent to your university email address!
Microsoft Office 365
As a result of our university joining the federal framework agreement, Microsoft offers all matriculated students and instructors free of charge use of the "Microsoft Office 365 Education" software. You can work on your tasks with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote at any time and on any device. Your registration with "Microsoft Office 365 Education" gives you the opportunity to download, install and use this software on up to 5 devices.

⚠️ For the registration of an Office 365 account, please send a corresponding request with your fd number and matriculation number to:fdnr-support(at)hs-fulda.de
The account will then be created for you there.
