Dear first-semester students,

As your study programme coordinator, I would like to welcome you to the part-time Bachelor's degree programme in Social Work.

Below you will find initial information about the summer semester 2026.

The start of your studies and the induction days will take place from 9-11 April 2026 and form the "prelude", so to speak, to your university studies at Fulda University of Applied Sciences. During these days, you will have the opportunity to get to know your fellow students and the programme concept. An introduction to academic research will also be an essential part of the program.

• the dates for the summer semester 2026
• the overall programme structure
• an overview of accommodation in Fulda, should you require overnight accommodation.

You will receive further information regularly over the coming weeks. Please simply follow the instructions so that you start your university studies well prepared:

• Information about your university e-mail address
• Sending of the user ID for the online e-learning platform OLAT
• Information about Office 365 free of charge
• Information on using the university's WLAN
