IT facilities
The Department of Business provides modern IT and technology facilities to support teaching, study and research.
All members of the department can use university-wide services such as email or WiFi.
All lecture rooms are equipped with a projector, a high-quality audio system, Touch monitors with handwriting recognition, a computer and a blackboard. Lecturers and students are also able to connect their own notebooks. For voice transmission, headset receivers are installed in the larger lecture rooms.

Two computer labs with 25 computers each set up with Office applications, simulation software, SAP and DATEV clients, SPSS, etc are available for computer-assisted teaching purposes. Students in the department can also use the labs for self-study.
The Department of Business also hosts two video conference systems. Here, for example, courses, conferences and lectures can be run with active participation by foreign partner universities or company representatives, thus enhancing the international and/or practical application of the material being studied. We are currently working on plans to broadcast these conferences and lecturers in a neighbouring large lecture theatre, which will allow up to 100 people to listen in at any one time.
