About us
Promoting health, caring for the sick and those in need of care
Social developments and political decisions have a significant influence on how health opportunities are distributed within and between countries, what access people have to affordable and effective health care, and how health care professions work together. Anyone who wants to change the conditions of health; anyone who wants to contribute to better care for pregnant women, the sick or those in need of care; anyone who wants to shape the structures and institutions of health care; anyone who wants to know what works and what doesn't, needs training that is both scientifically sound and practice-oriented. This is available wherever research is being conducted on such issues. We want to know how the health of the population can be improved. You are invited to participate in this, from the first semester on.
