IFBC Freshers' Week: From Farm to Fork


Linda Merluoto and Jasmin Weber represent the aspect of ‘Consumer/Fork’ regarding the professional fields of  our Master graduates of the International Food Business and Consumer Studies.

Linda and Jasmin work as Sensory Researchers at isi Göttingen, Germany. During their talk they will give you an insight into the descriptive panel work and the everyday life of as sensory researcher.
