The following nine project groups present - each group talks about the outcome of their work for 10 min plus 10 min discussion

Groups presenting from 12:10 - 12:30 and 12:50 - 01:10

  • Concepts of determining and understanding food quality
  • Eating a plague – or how to catch a swarm of locusts
  • Meat alternatives: sensory expectation vs. sensory experience
  • Understanding the sensory profile of Moringa oleifera leaf extracts
