IFBC Project Work

The general idea of the project work within the Master programme is to enable students

  • to independently plan, perform, document, evaluate and reflect complex projects, in particular in research and development related to international food business and consumer studies
  • work on inter-disciplinary problems relevant to international food economics and consumer studies
  • apply scientific methodology to solve these problems
  • are able to co-operate with enterprises and/or institutions related to the international food industry

Students work in small groups on a specific topic, e.g in cooperation with external partners. The module "Project Work" is 18 credits in two semesters. This experience in applying their knowledge gives students a crucial advantage in their future career.
