Maintaining health, motivation and enjoyment of educational work in the long term:

This one-day seminar offers concepts and approaches for the development of personalised self-care and healthy ways of dealing with stress.

Everyday education is often characterised by demanding and challenging situations. Professionals often find themselves in situations that are characterised by high professional standards on the one hand and the threat of overload on the other. How can the art of self-care succeed here? What inner attitude is helpful and what is necessary to anchor personally harmonious self-care in everyday professional life?

This practice-oriented further education programme invites you to discover and trace your personal sources of strength. The aim is to create access to more serenity, emotional regulation and regeneration.

Topics

  • Recognising stressful situations
  • Transactional stress model: how to escape the stress spiral
  • Role model as a stress factor: between the ego ideal and everyday reality
  • Mindfulness and short relaxation practice classes, some of which are also suitable for use with children

Please bring whatever you need to lie down comfortably (e.g. mat, blanket, cushion).
