Our continuing education programme in lean management takes a practice-oriented approach that sets itself apart from traditional seminars by focusing on practical applications. You will learn to use lean management methods directly, which will manage a deeper understanding and support the implementation of the concepts learnt.
A key differentiator of our continuing education programme is the emphasis on the role of management and cultural change within the lean transformation. You will learn how leadership skills and the creation of a culture of continuous improvement contribute significantly to the long-term success of lean initiatives. A special highlight of our continuing education programme is the online coaching (lean live sessions) after each on-campus stage. This targeted support helps you to implement lean in your enterprise.
The Lean Management continuing education programme is divided into three clearly structured modules that help you to gradually build up expertise - from the basics to in-depth knowledge and expert skills.
Optionally, you can carry out a project in your own enterprise to obtain the certificate. This allows you to work on real problems from your working environment. This "learning by doing" anchors the lean principles both theoretically and practically and supports the sustainable implementation of your learning success.
Within a few working days of receiving your online registration, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us with all further information important for your participation in the course.

The continuing education in debt counselling (basic qualification) comprises a structured sequence of 7 modules consisting of on-campus stages (mostly as video conferences) and online study phases via an electronic learning platform. The electronic learning platform provides you with judgements, specialisation literature, practical working materials such as practical guidelines, forms, guidelines, collections of links, etc. as well as forums for practice-oriented case processing.
The modules
take place on site at the Fulda University of Applied Sciences.
In particular, working on complex "real" cases is the centrepiece of your further education participation. Individually or in small virtual working groups, you will use your knowledge to work on cases and develop your own solution strategies or provide well-founded professional feedback on your fellow students' solutions. The instructors regularly accompany the case processing on the e-learning platform, moderate the development of solution approaches and provide further advice.
Each module is completed over a period of approx. 3 to 4 weeks. The on-campus stages are interlinked with online study phases on the Fulda University of Applied Sciences e-learning platform. The online university studies are supervised by the instructors.
Your workload will total approx. 300 hours. We recommend planning a workload of approx. 5-8 hours per week.
Technical conditions for attendance of the continuing education programme: Powerful internet connection, PC, headset & webcam. We offer technical training on how to use the e-learning platform and the video conferencing system in good time before the start of the continuing education programme.
