Certificates

The following certificates can be easily obtained around the clock via your horstl account

All certificates are provided with a verification code that makes their validity verifiable. This means that the certificates are officially valid without the need for a signature. We recommend saving the certificates locally for each semester.

After exmatriculation, you will still have access to horstl and your certificates for approximately six months.

Enrolment certificate

The enrolment certificate (also known as the matriculation certificate) confirms that you are matriculated at Fulda University of Applied Sciences. This certificate is the all-rounder and is graded for all authorities, cash registers, offices, insurances etc.. This certificate is available as soon as you are enrolled.

Academic progress report

The academic progress report shows your programme structure at Fulda University of Applied Sciences in tabular form. The certificate also contains information on your university, subject and leave of absence semesters as well as changes in the programme structure (e.g. change of degree programme, termination of university studies after examination).

Certificates of grades and examinations

The following three certificates are available in horstl:

  • Certificate of registered examinations (incl. registered thesis)
  • Overview of all social services: benefits (incl. failed services)
  • Overview of social services: benefits passed

Description of the study programme

The description of the study programme contains all the important key data for your degree programme, for example information on the standard duration of studies, academic degree, etc.

Certificate of exmatriculation

The certificate of exmatriculation is stored in horstl after exmatriculation. It contains, among other things, the duration of study, the reason for exmatriculation, the subject and leave of absence semesters, as well as the university semesters.

Overview of fees

The overview of fees shows the semester fee paid for the current semester and details its individual components. You can use this fee overview as proof of payment for other facilities and authorities.

International visa application

The International Visa Application confirms enrolment at Fulda University of Applied Sciences as well as important details about the study programme. It serves as official evidence for the German consulate to support the issuing of visas for timely entry to university studies.
