As your first point of contact, we are here to answer your questions about studying and finding your way around our university. Whether directly on site, on the phone or via e-mail - we are here to address the concerns of all prospective students, students, visitors and members of the university community.

• Do you have questions about your student ID card, re-registration for the next semester and much more? We will be happy to clarify these for you.
• Our lost property office reunites lost items with their owners.
• Would you like to take a piece of university flair home with you? Our university shop is waiting for you to discover it - browse to your heart's content!
• You will find our notice board in building 10 of the university and in the library on campus.
