Withdrawal from enrolment


As a first-time or new student, you have the option of cancelling your matriculation before the start of the semester. If you withdraw within the above-mentioned deadlines, we will cancel your enrolment. You will not be considered enrolled for the entire semester and no university semester will be counted.

Deadlines for applying for:

  • For first/new enrolment for the winter semester: 30 September
  • For first/new enrolment for the summer semester: 31 March

Refunds:

  • 50.00 euros of the administrative fee will be retained. The remaining amount will be refunded.

Expire:

  • Please complete and submit the online application below. We will automatically receive an email with your data and process your withdrawal as quickly as possible.
  • If you have already received your student ID card, you must return it to the Fulda University of Applied Sciences immediately and by the above-mentioned deadline or hand it in. The withdrawal cannot be processed until the student ID card has been received.

Note:
After the above-mentioned deadlines, it is only possible to exmatriculation is possible and you will no longer be entitled to a refund of the semester fee. In addition, the semester will be counted as a university semester, even if exmatriculation is applied for on the first day of the semester.
