The campus management system "horstl" (Hochschul-Organisations-System für Studium und Lehre) accompanies students at Fulda University of Applied Sciences through their entire university studies - from the application for a place to exmatriculation.

Login:

• For Applicants: Registering and tracking your application status is done using your private email address.
• For Students: After enrollment, you will log in exclusively using your personal fd-number and your password.

Forgotten your password?
Please use the "Forgot access data" function at the top right of the horstl homepage.

• ‘University Studies’ section: Here you can plan your timetable, register for courses and examinations, and view your overview of grades at the end of the semester.
• ‘Student Services’ section: Here you can download important documents (e.g. enrolment certificates, certificates of receipt of the BAföG grant) directly as PDFs and keep your home and semester addresses up to date.
• Re-register: In the portal, you can view your re-register status, the amount of the semester fee and the bank details for the transfer for the next semester at any time.

After your exmatriculation, you will still have access to horstl and your certificates for approximately six months. Please make sure you use this time to save all the necessary certificates and evidence of achievement locally for your records. After that, please contact horstl(at)hs-fulda.de.
