Recognition of Modules and credits

University studies or examination performances from another university or from another study programme can be counted towards the degree. The same applies to competences acquired outside of a university, for example as part of training or professional experience. This means that you may not have to complete one or two lectures or examinations (again).

How to apply

Submit the application directly to the department's examination board. Please check your specific department for the correct procedure.

Once approved, the department forwards the form to the Student Administration Office, where your credits will be entered into horstl.
