Change of plans? As a first-time or newly enrolled student, you can withdraw your enrollment. Your registration will be fully deleted—meaning no counted semesters—and your fees will be refunded minus a €50.00 administrative fee. Simply submit the online application and return your student ID card (if already issued) by the deadline.

Application and deadlines:

Your application must reach us by the following dates:

• For first/new enrolment for the winter semester: by 30 September
• For first/new enrolment for the summer semester: by 31 March

Refunds:

• A 50.00 euros administrative fee will be deducted from your refund

Procedure:

Online form: Complete and submit the form below. Your data will be automatically transmitted to us for processing.

Student ID Return: If you have already received your student ID card, you must return it to the university (by post or in person) by the deadline.

Processing: Please note that your withdrawal cannot be finalised until we have received your student ID card.
To avoid any delays, please ensure your bank details are entered correctly in the application.

Important Notice:
Once the deadline has passed, only formal de-registration (Exmatrikulation) is possible. In this case, the semester fee is non-refundable, and the semester will count towards your academic record, even if you de-register on the first day of the semester.
