The training content is credited to you to the extent of 45 ECTS credits towards the six-semester degree programme, so that it is possible to shorten your university studies to 4 to 5 semesters, depending on the extent of your previous professional experience.
The six-semester study programme builds on the training received at vocational training colleges for dietetic assistants (dietetic schools). You will study modules from the fields of dietetics and nutritional science, dietetic counselling, health care, social sciences, cultural studies and business sciences.
The work placement semester can be completed at a recognised facility from the entire spectrum of dietetics and linked to the Bachelor's thesis. The online elective modules also offer flexibility for periods abroad.
