Acting together
They support and develop interprofessional teams that solve problems and make decisions together.

The key to better health care is interprofessional collaboration.
In view of the increasing complexity of patient care and changing clinical pictures, it is essential that different professional groups in the healthcare sector work closely together to ensure holistic, efficient and patient-centred care.
In the Master's programme "Interprofessional Management in Health Care", you will learn the special competences and approaches required as a leader of these interprofessional teams in order to successfully shape and optimise the collaboration between different professional groups.
Effective management in this context primarily involves funding a culture of collaboration, mutual respect and appreciation of the individual professional perspectives.
