The university studies comprise the specialist fields of nutrition, food, supply and sustainability.

Are you interested in the natural sciences, social sciences and business sciences relating to nutrition, food, supply and sustainability and would you like to further specialise your knowledge in this area?
The consecutive master’s program in Nutrition, Health, and Food Systems will train you to become an expert at the intersection of nutrition, health, and society. The program offers the opportunity to develop a personalized academic profile, including the acquisition of international competencies.
The master’s program can be completed entirely in English or as a mixed-language program (German/English).
The study programme comprises a standard duration of studies of four semesters and 120 credit points. By vouching for eleven compulsory modules and a total of six compulsory elective modules, students can create their own individual profile. A central component of the university studies programme is a three-semester research project, which is chosen and supervised individually.
An international orientation is possible through an optional period abroad in the fourth semester, but is also supported by a wide range of elective modules and international guest lectures in English.
Fulda University of Applied Sciences has had the right to award doctoral degrees since 2017.
