Workshop "Let's talk about money!" - Finances for women

The workshop is held in German and requires sufficient knowledge of German.

Having enough money allows you to make free decisions. As an experienced financial coach for women, Bianka Thielcke shows us in her inspiring presentation how women can take the topic of finances into their own hands. With her clear, understandable style, she makes complex financial topics tangible and motivates us to take direct action.

In a morning presentation, our topics include money mindset, budgeting, consumer behaviour, retirement planning and investing with ETFs for the first time. The atmosphere is always appreciative and inclusive. A safe space to talk about money experiences, learn new things and open your horizons.

After the lunch break, it's time for action: in a workshop on the topic of budgeting, you will learn how to allocate your money well so that there is always enough for big and small wishes and necessities. Whether you have a preference for cash or are a digital traveller: we will find the best solution that fits into your life!

Assistant:Bianka Thielcke is a financial coach, psychological adviser, cultural manager and mother from Berlin. She speaks and writes on topics related to financial equal opportunities.

Workshop "Voice and profession - appear confident and speak expressively"

The workshop is held in German and requires sufficient knowledge of German.

In collaborations, arguments, presentations and conversations - whether face-to-face, on the phone or by email - it's all about being professionally convincing, representing points of view and being on an equal footing in an exchange. The way we speak also has an effect: we can speak "from the heart", appear relevant and convincing, clear in ourselves and in relation to our counterpart. Or insecure, ambiguous, ungraspable.

In this workshop, we work on our inner (appointment, mental attitude) and outer attitude, on voice and speech and semantics (e.g. choice of words, "emotionality" vs. "rationality"), and on our own space: appreciation for ourselves, presence, inner calm and clarity, the perception of ourselves and the other person give us space - to appear confident and clear, to shape conversations actively and engagingly, to be there with joy and serenity, and to work constructively together.

We work practically with practice classes for the head, gut and heart - and in line with the concerns of the participants.

Trainer: Anna Heidrun Schmitt, communication trainer (DGSS e.V.), coach and supervisor, initiator and long-standing leader of binational projects, trainer in participatory project management.

Workshop "Women in management - female empowerment, but how?"

The workshop is held in German and requires sufficient knowledge of German.

Women have special skills that they use in management positions. They embody the new style of leadership and enterprises want to fill vacant positions with women. To prepare women for today's leadership requirements, this training was created - a special offer for women interested in leadership.

In this training, women learn to integrate their strengths and weaknesses into their individual leadership style. Instead of photocopying current male leadership styles, the focus is on developing their own female leadership identity. They also get to know themselves better in terms of self-management and learn to appreciate their advantages as a female manager. This gives them greater self-confidence and stability in themselves when taking on leadership tasks.

In the training programme, we pay attention to an interactive design and space for exchanging experiences with each other.

We look forward to an exciting day with you,

Maja & Maike
