All-gender toilets
There are three toilet facilities at the university without gender-specific labelling:
- Building 20, room 201
- Building 35, rooms 105 and 205
There are two additional gender-specific, but individually lockable single toilets:
- Building 41, rooms 221 and 222
Change of first name
If students wish to have their first name changed within the university, please complete the "Application for personal data change" in the student account in horstl and submit it there. A valid dgti supplementary identity card, an identity card or a passport can be submitted as evidence.
Gender- and diversity-sensitive language
Gender- and diversity-sensitive language reflects the shared values and guiding principles of our university. It is clear and inclusive and enables us to address all persons correctly. With an equivalent, differentiated and stereotype-free gender presentation, you can help to counteract structural discrimination and its reproduction in everyday life and at the same time sensitise your fellow human beings to it.
