At Fulda University of Applied Sciences there are two Representatives for Women's Affairs and Gender Equality. These are involved in appointment and recruitment processes, advise the university's committees and institutions and initiate programmes for equal opportunities and the advancement of women. However, advising students, employees, professors and applicants is also part of their range of tasks.
