Offers for departments and student associations
For many years, the Qualification Tutoring department has been offering departments the opportunity to train their mentors and orientation tutors and prepare them for their work. The workshops are customised to the needs of the respective department. This workshop can also be offered to student associations that are in charge of organising or running the "Ersti-Woche" in the department
The Qualification in Tutorial Work department offers instructors and employees the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the topic of e-tutoring in a blended learning or online course.

We have been involved in the "Tutoring work" network at universities for many years and initiated the "E-tutors" working group there almost a decade ago.

- Participants know how to use different library items and communication tools and can name the limits of different communication instruments and tools.
- Participants can create motivating tasks suitable for their teaching area and can name motivational criteria
- Participants are familiar with a variety of functions in moodle and can make well-founded decisions about which ones they can use for their teaching
- Participants know the different tasks and roles of e-tutors and can differentiate them from face-to-face tutors as well as for the respective types of e-tutors
- Participants can differentiate between different learning strategies and theories and make well-founded decisions as to which of their tasks should be supported by which.
- Participants can transfer different methods of in-person teaching to online teaching and can name the limits and advantages of each of them
- Participants know the different levels of participation in online learning and can name which level participants should reach in their courses and adapt their courses accordingly.
