FURTHER EDUCATION - Trampoline safety training

Would you like to expand your trampoline training skills and deepen your knowledge of safety aspects in trampoline halls? Then our further education course on safety aspects in trampoline halls is just right for you! This training course offers you the opportunity to gain crucial competences in an exciting and growing area of sport.

Contents:

  • Safety and behavioural rules for trampolining

  • Basics of general warm-up and gymnastics

  • Playful introduction and familiarisation with the different trampolines

  • Demonstration and teaching of stop, basic and sit jumps

  • Introduction to belly and back landings

  • Recognising incorrect posture and reacting to incorrect actions to prevent falls

  • Safe use of all attractions in the Cosmic Arena Fulda

 

Note: The somersault is not covered in this course
