Exercise breaks cheer you up!

On days with long lecture or seminar blocks, it becomes increasingly difficult to concentrate over time - regardless of whether the courses take place online or in person. Many students and instructors at Fulda University of Applied Sciences would therefore like to loosen up their daily study routine with active exercise breaks.

In a health circle, members of the university gathered initial ideas for implementation. The ideas became a project, and the project became a part of everyday life at the University Sports programme:

FiduS- Fit durchs Studium - gives you the opportunity to book moving breaks for your own (teaching) courses!

As a student, you are cordially invited to approach your lecturers and let them know about your desire for breaks with movement and the possibility of booking them.
