University Sports is always looking for new instructors in the areas of sport, exercise, health promotion, games and leisure. We also receive requests for committed and qualified staff from various organisations at irregular intervals.

Who can become a course instructors in University Sports?

Trainers' licences are welcome, but also sports students, experts in their sport (evidence of higher-class active time, experience as a practical supervisor) or people with other qualifications (e.g. training in health, fitness, prevention, rehabilitation).

Course instructors wanted!

If you have training or a licence for a form of sport, exercise or relaxation or have been practising it for years, please get in touch with us!

We are currently looking in particular for course instructors for

  • Pilates
  • Acrobatics
  • Equipment-based health training
  • Sling training
  • Frisbee sport, especially KanJam
  • Acceptance of the German Sports Badge (with test authorisation)

We are also looking for qualified

  • Physiotherapists or
  • Back school teachers and
  • sports scientists

for back training courses and other preventative sports programmes - ideally with recognition from the Central University Administration for Prevention (ZPP) or with certificates from "Sport pro Gesundheit".

Course instructors wanted for outdoor offers

University Sports also thinks innovatively and independently of space.

We are therefore currently looking for course instructors in the outdoor area, for example for

 

  • the multifunctional sports field - e.g. slackline, 3x3 basketball
  • Cycling tours – adventure, discovery and a great introduction for everyone
  • Boule / Petanque / Boccia
  • "Bewegter Campus" project - exercise opportunities on campus (our e-cargo bike with sports equipment)
  • Fit in the park/ in the green/ on the meadow/ at the Aschenberg inclusive exercise park
  • Plogging
  • Geocaching
  • Hikes in nature/ in the Rhön biosphere reserve
  • A running/ exercise programme comparable to figure running (we will call it "Draw by Movement")

Become a Fidus course instructors

The University Sports FiduS course instructors training courses take place at the beginning of each semester. You can find the call for proposals with registration options in the current University Sports program. After the training course, you will receive a certificate and remuneration for each FiduS break you lead.

The cooperation partners of University Sports are also always looking for trainers, helpers etc. for their own clubs. To support the sports and club landscape in Fulda, we also appoint these applications with us. Please contact the club directly if you are interested!

Are you studying in Fulda and volleyball is your thing? Perfect!


We are FT Fulda, an established volleyball club in Fulda, and are looking for coaches for our various teams. Whether you've coached a team before or are completely new to the sport - you've come to the right place! We will support you right from the start and help you grow into the role of coach.

What you can expect from us:
∙ Training times that are compatible with your university studies (currently Tue-Fri from around 6 pm)
∙Short distances - all halls are close to the university, so no long journeys
∙ A relaxed club atmosphere with motivated players of all ages
∙ Support and exchange with other coaches
∙The chance to gain valuable experience and stay active at the same time
∙ A small financial bonus alongside your university studies

Where we need you:
∙ Men's team - from beginners to playing
∙Women's teams - different levels of play (currently 2 teams)
∙ Youth groups - here you can introduce young talents to volleyball

What you should bring with you:
∙ Enthusiasm for volleyball and enjoy collaborating with others
∙Reliability - your team relies on you
∙ A desire to take on responsibility and make a difference
