Our in-house training programme comprises a wide range of courses and workshops.
From subject-specific workshops and seminars to soft skills training and offers to enhance digital competencies, our program is carefully designed to serve the diversity of interests and needs of our university community. We provide the basics of tools and knowledge to acquire new skills and competences and master the challenges ahead.
AGWW
The continuing university education working group - AGWW, an association of Hessian universities, jointly offers an annual wide-ranging continuing education programme. The target group are all professors, all employees of the participating Hessian universities and their lecturers. The AGWW training programme focuses on the following topics:

- Methodological competence
- Social competence
Individual, customised offers and further education
We support you in finding the right further education programme for your needs and requirements. For this purpose, both the further education programme of the Central University Administration of Hesse, which is accessible to all employees, and offers from external providers can be considered.

In order to continuously develop the leadership skills of our managers, we offer individual coaching and customised training opportunities.
Digitalakademie
Digitale Kompetenzen sind entscheidend, um in einer zunehmend digitalisierten Arbeitswelt wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben. Sie ermöglichen effizientes Arbeiten und erleichtern die Anpassung an neue Technologien. Die Hochschule Fulda steht für Bildung, Wissenstransfer, Innovation und Weiterentwicklung und genau das wollen wir nach innen und außen leben.
Zum Ausbau der digitalen Kompetenzen wird ein gemeinsames Weiterbildungsprogramm „Fit for digital“ mit unserem Kooperationspartner, dem Landkreis Fulda, entwickelt. Unsere COACH.digital übernehmen in der Digitalakademie eine besondere Rolle.
