• Select the Publish link on the FulDok homepage.
• Enter metadata (e.g. document type, title, authors, abstract, etc.) for your document and upload your document to FulDok in PDF format (instructions for creating a PDF (in german)).
• The metadata is used to describe your document and make it easier to find.
• The mandatory fields marked in the form are self-explanatory. You will also find a help text for each field.
• The submitted data will be released to the public after an editorial review and after submission of the signed declaration of consent.
• Please send the completed and signed declaration of consent to the address of HLB, Leipziger Straße 123, 36037 Fulda or as a scan to fuldok@hlb.hs-fulda.de.
• Students of Fulda University who wish to publish their theses in FulDok also require a declaration of consent from their first and second examiners.
• You will receive an e-mail from us once your document has been successfully activated.
• Your publication can then be found online in FulDok and FILIP. It can also be found via national and international library catalogues and search engines and is accessible worldwide in full text.
