Outside service hours the following services are not available: issuing of library cards, payment of interlibrary loan fees, set up of interlibrary loan accounts.
The HLB is closed at both locations on Sundays, public holidays, Shrove Monday, Holy Saturday, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
