Citizen science means citizens usually voluntarily participate in research on various academic topics without any prior knowledge.
The HLB aims to strengthen cultural and academic exchange in the Fulda region and beyond through citizen science projects. Interested parties can network in this way. The basic understanding of academic topics and working methods in the citizenry is supported and the engagement with the cultural heritage of the region, as it is also preserved in the HLB, is expanded.
Last but not least, participants should enjoy research, meet like-minded people, familiarise themselves with exciting topics and live a lifelong learning experience.
