Costs (fees and expenses) are charged, among other things, on the basis of the Hessian Administrative Costs Act (Hessisches Verwaltungskostengesetz) in conjunction with the General Administrative Costs Regulations (Allgemeine Verwaltungskostenordnung) and in accordance with the Administrative Costs Regulations (Verwaltungskostenordnung) for the Business Division of the Hessian Ministry of Science and the Arts (Hessisches Ministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst) as amended from time to time.
