The HLSB digitised material is freely available to all interested parties globally for non-commercial use under a Creative Commons licence CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0. This includes freely available online image digitised material, structural data, full texts and data from databases.

The "Fulda University, State and City Library" must always be cited as the source when re-using the digitised material. The passing on of reproductions to third parties as well as their publication or duplication requires the consent of the University.

How can I download digitised works from the historic stock?

Since 2013, the HLSB of Fulda has been digitising its valuable historic stock, which can be viewed in the in-house digital library called "FulDig". If you grade pages of individual works as images, you can download them yourself from our digital collections free of charge. To do this, please click on "Downloads" in the right-hand column of the respective digital copy. Here you can choose between different resolution qualities and file formats. You will receive the highest resolution by selecting the "Image Master" option.
