Movies
In the basement at the Heinrich-von-Bibra-Platz location in the "AV Media" (audio-visual media) area there is a large selection of motion pictures for all ages and tastes, for example:
- literary adaptations from (children's book) classics to current bestsellers
- cartoons and animated films
- documentaries
- comedies, dramas, thrillers
- music films
- family films
The movies are divided into three groups under the shelf mark 49 / 10 ..., location: AV-Medien:
- 49 / 10.1 movies for children (red stickers)
- 49 / 10.2 movies for children and young people (blue stickers)
- 49 / 10.3 movies for young people and adults (white stickers)
There are also movies among other things at the Campus location on the ground floor in the "Media display shelves" area. Although mainly intended for study and teaching, they are of general interest, too, and can be borrowed by all HLSB users.
