• If you are under 18 years of age, you will need an additional statement of consent from your parent or guardian.
• If you are under 16, you can only collect your library card from the service desk on the ground floor at Heinrich-von-Bibra-Platz in the presence of a parent or guardian.

If your entries are complete, you can submit this form. By submitting the form, you consent to the storage of your personal data. You also agree that this data may be processed in the library system of the Fulda University, State and Public Library (HLSB) as part of your usage procedures. The data collection, without which you cannot borrow library items, is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR, Art. 7 DS-GVO and the library regulation(s) of the HLSB in the current version.

In accordance with the usage regulation(s), the HLSB will send you notifications (e.g. notification of the end of the lending period) and reminders subject to a fee (including details of the library items) via email.
