LEGO Stop-Motion" workshop

This year, the team from the University, State and Public Library (HLSB) Fulda was part of the MINT Lab Days at Fulda University of Applied Sciences. The week was characterised by curiosity, creativity and a genuine enthusiasm for discovery. 

In our "LEGO Stop-Motion" workshop, children from the 3rd and 4th grades immersed themselves in the world of animated film: they learned how to create a fluid movement from many individual images and thus create their own little film. 

From the initial idea to building a suitable LEGO film set to recording and simple editing, the pupils developed their stories in teams and brought them to life frame by frame. 

In total, we were able to get 90 pupils interested in STEM topics during the MINT Lab Days - a result that makes us very happy and proud.
