For video conferences, you can borrow a hands-free device - JabraSpeak 510 - from our Campus service desk. This is a conference microphone with a built-in loudspeaker. Thanks to the "Plug & Play" feature, no additional software is required on your end device (PC, notebook, smartphone or tablet) to use the conference microphone. It can therefore be used immediately for your conference.

You have two options for connecting your terminal device to the conference microphone. Either via Bluetooth, which is very suitable for smartphones and tablets, or via a USB connection.

You can get the hands-free device by handing in your library card as a deposit. The device may only be used in the group study rooms of the library. Borrowing it for use outside the library is not permitted.
