You can receive e-mail notifications from us

• reminding you to return or renew your borrowed items three calendar days before the loan period expires
• as soon as an item you have reserved, ordered or received via interlibrary loan has arrived and is ready for you to collect.

You can use the forgotten password function if you have forgotten your password for your library account.

Requirements

You must have entered a valid e-mail address. You can enter or change your e-mail address yourself in your FILIP user account.
This does not apply if you are a student at Fulda University of Applied Sciences. Your university e-mail address is sent to us automatically and cannot be changed.

Notes

Please note that we cannot guarantee that your e-mails will be received. This may be due to technical problems, e-mail addresses that are no longer valid, insufficient storage space at the recipient's or other reasons.

This service does not release you from the obligation to ensure that all borrowed items are returned or renewed on time.

By entering your e-mail address, you agree that the data of your borrowings will be sent unencrypted. HLB Fulda accepts no liability for any misuse.

If you do not wish to use our service, delete your e-mail address in your FILIP user account.
