Courses taught in English for Exchange Students

Although advanced knowledge of German will give you access to a broad range of courses during your stay in Fulda, a number of courses are taught in English. A list of courses that are taught in English in each of our departments is provided below. Some minor changes may be made. As a general rule, Bachelor's students can take Master's-level courses and vice versa.

Key terms

hours/week refers to contact hours only and does not include individual work outside lectures.

Credits are based on the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), where one credit is the equivalent of a total workload of 30 hours, i.e. contact hours plus individual work.

WiSe indicates that courses run in the winter semester.

SoSe indicates that courses run in the summer semester.
