Spring School "Future of Food"

International Spring School, 11th – 15th March 2019 at University Fulda of Applied Sciences

In March 2019, an International Spring School entitled, “Future of Food: Feeding Tomorrow’s World” will be conducted at the University of Applied Sciences Fulda. Considering current trends in nutrition and food research, this short-course will focus on current trends in Gene Technology, Functional, Fortified and Novel Food as well as Sustainability aspects. These broad topics will be explored from a scientific, economic, ethical, political and legislative perspective. The programme is intended for Bachelor, Master and PhD students. The overall programme will consist of seminars and workshops as well as free time activities in and around Fulda – the Baroque City of Germany.
