About us

The Spring School is organised by a project group of master students from the joint study programme “International Food Business and Consumer Studies” at the Universities of Fulda and Kassel and supervised by Prof. Dr. Marc Birringer. We are inquisitive about the scientific prospects for feeding future generations. For this purpose, we want to raise awareness of the latest and exciting trends in nutrition and food research existing today. We are looking forward to welcoming students and faculty from around the globe to our week-long Spring School, and we hope to contribute to the participants’ knowledge to make a difference in tomorrow’s world.
