Titel des Promotionsprojektes: The strict approach  of the Taliban's Regime to women's Human Rights in Afghanistan

Taliban is an Islamic Radical group which follows Islamic political Ideology but their Most important differences with other Terrorist groups such as Al-Qaida, ISIS and other Jehadist organisations which are called International terrorism is from two points; The first is, Taliban are existed in one specific national land and they have home land but other terrorist groups are emerged from multi nations with military structures in different countries and have no specific land and can't delegate from a national land. Form the other hand we must say that due to this characteristics they have specific ethical identity. Therefore Taliban has two political identity that one believes  like Al-Qaida and ISIS from ideology  point of view and there is no more differences in understanding of political Islam to women's human rights values. From the other hand The Taliban with having an ethnic identity, its political thought is more bound to the misogynistic traditions of the Afghan tribal society. Therefore The strict approach of the Taliban has the essence of the ideology of political Islam and the tribal tradition of the non-urban areas of Afghanistan, which tends to be patriarchal and misogynistic.

As Human beings women have rights to enjoy it without discrimination with dignity. They have political, Civil, social, economic and cultural rights. Elimination, and Deprivation of women from their fundamental rights are human Fights violation.
